Stringfellow Technology Group acquires CTC Networks

Stringfellow Technology Group (“Stringfellow”), based in Nashville, TN, has acquired CTC Networks (“CTC”) based in Franklin, TN.  CTC was founded in 1993 and provides managed technology services to the healthcare, manufacturing, and life science industries.  All CTC team members joined Stringfellow on November 1st, 2020.

CTC president Jim Marable wanted to provide his customers with the next level of operational maturity, security, and solutions.  Also important was maintaining an active role in the ongoing strategy and planning process with Clients.  “The process-based approach, mature standards, and industry focus at Stringfellow made this a natural progression of what I wanted to provide as an MSP”, says Jim Marable.

“The ability to immediately add value to Clients and provide an opportunity for new team members is what we look for in all our acquisitions,” said Edward Stringfellow, CEO.

Stringfellow works with Clients across 26 states in the healthcare, professional contractor, and private/family business sectors.  Stringfellow’s Intelligent Technology solutions enable organizations to scale quickly and securely while also increasing productivity.
